Welcome to Enhanced Transition Center

We offer a unique community of young adults with disabilities the opportunity to empower themselves as competitive candidates in society and advocate for positive social change.

The Enhanced Transition Center offers a new program called, Incentive to Mentor Postsecondary Adults in Career Training (IMPACT) that focuses on young adults and adults with disabilities who are seeking vocational training to enter into the mainstream workforce.

At the Enhanced Transition Center we know, for students graduating high school, the road to the future is marked with an uncertain mixture of excitement, opportunity, and dangers. This is even truer for students with disabilities. Founded by specialists in special education and counseling, the company will provide an array of support services, training modules, assistance programs, and more designed to aid individuals with disabilities in the transition from secondary education to college, full-time employment, and the independence that follows. With a specific focus on ensuring its clients leave the center career-ready, Enhanced Transition Center will serve as a bridge to a better, happier, and more productive life for every client that comes through its doors.

Our Mission

…Is to offer a unique community of young adults with disabilities the opportunity to empower themselves as competitive candidates in society and advocate for positive social change. To collaboratively offer young adults with disabilities an overview of the different career and training options available after high school or beyond.

We identify various postsecondary options, describe the range of options available, and explain the importance of planning and preparing for postsecondary options.

Our Vision

The ETC vision is to provide employment support services to individuals with disabilities as they progress from the post-secondary educational setting toward independent living and working within their community. We will create an establishment recognized locally, statewide and nationally for its ability to develop and sustain an effective service for our clients.

We are looking to bring down the barriers that separate individuals with disabilities and those without in the work place.
